Regarding bank account

I was hacked after giving bank information so I would rather talk to someone rather than apply that information.

I just got the same email. I've never heard of this company.

They are threatening legal action if I don't pay them $600 by 5/17. I did not take out a loan with these people!!

For Other's To Note

Fact of the matter is that OneClickCash violates the law to scam people into these B.S. loans. The FTC has already ruled that the practices of OneClickCash are deceiving and fraudulent. A contract is valid in the state it is signed, so despite what all their e-mails have told me about B.S. signing of an agreement with an Independent Indian Nation, that contract has to be binding in the state it was signed. And since OneClickCash violates almost every state lending law, and since a contract can't violate the law, every document that everyone has ever signed with this company is null and void. They have no authority in any state, so despite all their threats of lawsuits, they can't do *** to us. And trust me, nobody is going to attend indian pow-wow court in the Sioux Nation....the only place you have any legal standing. EVERYBODY ELSE - If you have a loan with this company, place an ACH hold with your bank or close the account! You are under no obligation to repay ANY interest or fees on these illegal loans - in some cases you aren't even responsible to repay the principal, but you should...that's just the right thing to do. Do not let them intimidate you! They have no legal power anywhere in the United States....they CAN NOT sue you! Unrelentingly demand your interest money back! They receive two e-mails from me per hour, thanks to my free auto-emailer - a Google App called Boomerang. They receive 2 auto-dialed phone calls an hour, and 6 to 7 faxes a day. Be on the offensive....attack them just as they would you!! Additionally, the signatory on the accounts for OneClickCash, USFastCash, Etc., is this *** bag millionaire white guy named Scott Tucker. He has funneled $40,000,000.00 of interest and fees collected through these companies to fund some have-wit racing company called Level 5 Motorsports. Google his name....the racing companies name, etc....TONS of information available. Blow them and him up with calls, e-mails....post on their YouTube pages, etc. He's a POS....if he doesn't crash into a wall, I hope someone shoots him on the Sioux Nation.....where there are apparently no laws.....

AMG Defendants Settle FTC’s Debt Collection Charges

Magistrate Judge Finds that American Indian Tribes Are Subject to FTC Act

The Federal Trade Commission has reached a partial settlement with the principal defendants in its case against the payday lending operation AMG Services Inc., resolving allegations that the defendants threatened consumers in debt collection calls and violated the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, or EFTA. The agreement bars the settling defendants from using threats of arrest and lawsuits as a tactic for collecting debts, and from requiring all borrowers to agree in advance to electronic withdrawals from their bank accounts as a condition of obtaining credit.

The FTC continues to litigate other charges against the AMG defendants, including allegations that they deceived consumers about the cost of their loans by charging undisclosed charges and inflated fees.

Last week, United States Magistrate Judge V. Cam Ferenbach handed the Federal Trade Commission a significant victory in both this case and its overall crackdown on deceptive payday lenders, finding that these lenders remain within the reach of federal law even if they are affiliated with American Indian tribes. The Magistrate Judge’s report and recommendation is now subject to review by United States District Judge Gloria M. Navarro.

The defendants in the AMG case include automobile racer Scott Tucker, his brother Blaine Tucker, four other individuals, AMG Services, Inc., three other Internet-based lending companies, and six related companies. The FTC alleged that the defendants violated the FTC Act by piling on undisclosed and inflated fees, and by threatening borrowers with arrest and lawsuits in debt collection calls. The FTC also alleged that the defendants violated the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”) by giving inaccurate loan information to borrowers, and that it violated EFTA by requiring consumers to preauthorize electronic withdrawals from their bank accounts as a condition of obtaining credit. According to documents filed by the FTC, over the last five years, the defendants’ deceptive and illegal tactics have generated thousands of complaints to law enforcement authorities. In many cases, the defendants’ inflated fees left borrowers with supposed debts of more than triple the amount they had borrowed.

One of the AMG defendants’ main arguments was that the FTC lacked authority to enforce the FTC Act, TILA, and EFTA against tribes and tribal businesses. But Magistrate Judge Ferenbach concluded that the FTC Act “gives the FTC the authority to bring suit against Indian Tribes, arms of Indian Tribes, and employees and contractors of arms of Indian Tribes,” and likewise found that the FTC has authority to bring its TILA and EFTA claims.

The FTC has sued a number of payday lenders for engaging in unfair and deceptive practices against consumers. The court found that the payday lenders cannot avoid three key federal consumer protection statutes – the FTC Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and the Electronic Fund Transfer Act – simply by aligning themselves with American Indian tribes. The FTC alleged that these other lenders, like AMG Services, have employed deception and other illegal conduct to take advantage of financially distressed consumers seeking these loans.

The Commission vote approving the partial settlement in this matter was 4-0. The parties’ agreement is subject to court approval. The FTC filed the proposed permanent injunction for the partial settlement in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada on July 18, 2013.

NOTE: Permanent injunctions have the force of law when approved and signed by the District Court judge.

I paid on time always and it still got me no where.. One click away my ***.

I have been using oneclickcash for years since 2009, I have always paid them back in full the following month, and never had any late charges. So today 9/3/13, I called to get a loan, I was told they could not give me a loan, they had no reason why, said I had to write a letter asking why to this address 52946 Nebraska 12 #3 Niobrara, NE 68760, and wait 30 days to know why. LOL. WTF. That's not right at all. I have given them so much money and always been a great customer even though they rip off because I would rather get a loan from a lender than a friend. Now I am afraid they are up to no good. Beware.

this problem just happened to me. I have been a customer since 2009 and always paid them back on time and never had a problem with them UNTIL NOW.

For whatever reason I was denied and they will not tell me why, only that I can write to them to find the reasons why. WTH, I mean that states it can take up to 30 days.

SO, I will no longer do business with them and I will no longer send them customers. I'm done with this company.

I had the same experience. I think they are having financial problems, but won't tell us.

I also paid off my loan and was told in 4 days I could get another. Waited the 4 days and was told this:

We are sorry, but due to processing issues we are unable to fund your loan at this time. We are actively working to resolve the issue and expect to be able to meet your borrowing needs within the next week or so. Please check back in a few days. Please know how much we appreciate your loyalty and business over the years and we look forward to serving you again soon.

They have now been sending me this same message for now a month.

this includes one click cash and united cash loans and many others the tuckers ran - hiding behind so called indian laws- it worked at the state level but this ruling now shows the ftc has vast rulings to these illegal so called indian loan companies- so that the reason if you go to there sites now and try to apply they cant fund since they can no longer use eft as a way to withdrawl from custumers bank act- finally these *** bags have been taken care of- this ruling happened in july 2013 and is being enforced now

Suspious Consumer

I recently had a $200 loan with One Clic Cash. I paid the loan off. I got confirmation that rvrything had cleared and that I coukd aply for $350 loan. I did got approved, signed the agreement like I did the first time I got the $200 loan printed out my paper work and waited the alloted time for the transfere into my account. Well 4 days went by, and nothng. So I went on line and and it said my application had been withdrawn with no notice from them at all this seems very suspious. It clearly states that to call in to discuss this or re-apply. We when i called in ai got no more info and was given an address to write to in a suite room number. Exactly what kind of business are they running, and why have I not gotten a confirmation or letter that this transaction was done. Also we are in a binding contract. I am a American Indian and I demand to speak to a rel time person concerning this matter! This will be reported in my state as unfair loan practices!

There was a recent ruling by the FTC that this company broke a number of laws. I wrote to them as I discovered the issue with the FTC, plus also discovered that they are not licensed to do business in Minnesota.

Also, if they had been, they could not charge more than 33% annual interest. I confronted them with these facts and they settled my loan - it now shows as having been paid in full. I will never do business with this company again.

You may want to confront them before you pay anything more.

Online Approval, but where is the money?

If this Company is approving loans and not following thru. They need to be shut down!! When you try calling some *** wont answer why the money they promised isn't there. Obviously there is something fishy going on. This has been going on for at least three weeks. They withdrew my prior loan with no notice and told me to call back in a week. I waited two weeks then tried to call. The wait time was like 33 calls ahead of me. This should have told me something. Stop taking loan request if you can't come through with the funds!!!

Money loan rip off

I need money for an emergency and decided against my better judgement to call Oneclickcash since I had gotten tons of offers from them. I borrowed $600 and thought that each pay period I was paying $150 on the balance of the loan. I called and asked why isn't the principal decreasing but increasing with each payment then I realized the HUGE! Mistake I had made once I realized what I had done my next paycheck I paid the entire balance of 1,200. I vowed never to do this again. Oneclickcash is just a get rich quick rip off for hard working people who find themselves in a financial bind and need immediate help. Companies like these should not be allowed to do this to people and we need to educate ourselves and not give them any business.

This company got me too.. I borrowed $600 for an emergency...

They asked me to make payment schedules I I'm notable to pay it in the next payday..so I did..guess what! The first 4 payment is jut the refi charges! Nothing went to the principal.. Then towards the 5th payment that's the only time they put something towards the principal..

And so on.. They were charging consistently the finance charge each payday + $50 which goes to the principal! Total rip off! Hope the government rectify this type of predators..making the less fortunates poorer...

If only banks would be more approachable by "poor credit hard working citizens" like us... :sigh

Identity theft

Today is 03/20/13,Looked at my bank statement and I see money has been paid to one click cash? What the heck is this? So I call my bank and come to find out that I have an account with this loan company since July of 2012.So I looked at my statements and sure enough a deposit of 200.00$ was made and one click cash has been taking money out of my account since then. Now if it was only 200 then I should have been squared up with them by November which on 11/29/12 one click cash would be at 260.00$,but there still getting money out since then, which now there over by 360.00$ by my calculations, plus any over draft fees I've paid because of there continual actions.Be assured they do not have 24 hour phone service but be assured that if you want to be robbed just apply with one click cash.Good Luck to all that have experienced this nightmare.

you took a loan and you didn't pay interest with principle, you ONLY paid interest. it's you not them lmao i have been dealing with them for three years and they have made a lot of money off of me.

i know what i borrowed and i know what i paid back . you just didn't pay attention when you took the loan and now your pissed. READ THE FINE PRINT LADY! yes the interest is extreme but that's how they make their money.

if you don't like their interest rate go to a bank if not don't complain, you borrowed from them willingly.30 on every hundred you borrow for interest. you borrow 200 they take 60.00 in interest for five months that's interest only then after the five months is over they start taking the 60.00 for interest and then on top of that they also take 50 to pay down your principle that's 110.00 a month after the five months of just interest . you can opt to pay down anytime so they are not just taking interest over that five month period.

it's cheaper this way. or you can pay them off with one payment of 260.00 that the only way to stop them from with drawing on your account is to pay it off in full that's the 200 you borrowed and 60 in interest lol you really should have read what you were doing :sigh

No wonder this Company is in trouble. I bet there are a lot of people

Out there taking the loan out but aren't paying it back.

Unfortunately us honest people have to be punished too. All of you complaining about the fees. It is very clearly written what the payback consists of. If you can't pay the interest.

DON'T TAKE OUT A LOAN!! Plain and simple!!!

Hey Beth.... Its clear that you are just a plant for this unlawful company... Why don't you tell us all about your bogus company being sued by the FEDS-- And forced out of business, with a fine of more than $1.3 Billion Dollars!?!?

Guest

I am going thru the same thing right now. A $150.00 loan has escalated.

I was told that it would be paid off by Mar 3/13 with payments of $45.00 /mth - however when I called they said that was just interest payments and they would continue until the principal is paid in full. They also told me that will take payments in increments of $50.00 only.

They have you hooked.

I mentioned contacting a lawyer and my loan was immediately turned over to collections. (they didn't even try to reason with me or explain themselves)

The information provided BEFORE accepting a loan from One Click Cash is different from the info AFTER. They outright LIE to you.

Next time read the small print.

Guest

Beth -

Sadly - You do not see the fine print until AFTER the loan is complete and they send you a copy to print.

Also the way it is written - it still leads to you to believe what you were told.

They put 300.00 in my bank and I thought that whoever had my information had put this into my acct had also been the one who stole my id already that I was working on, turned out I couldnt just give it back they have taken out a total of 500.00 in "finance charges" and have not even begun to start taking money towards the supossed loan yet. At this point idk what to do. Its really amazing what happens when your information get out there.

this company is horrible now I am off to make another police report, I would not have bothered but this is crazy. :(

Worst lender

I took a loan out for 250 and was charged 765.00 total this is the worst intrest charges/ scams. I'm sure you guys dont care but never again will I ver trust loan companies such as these and willpass the word on to the consumers. I called customer service and was told that the agreement I signed is clear on how this loan is payed back but it is not. The information given to me has nothing but fine print and the payback disclosure is not clear that the first payments made are made towards the intrest and not the principal. Worst experience and again I know that by writing this, this company will do nothing about the money i have lost.
